Lauren Duerson, M.Ed, LPCC, LCMHC
Lauren Duerson is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) #4010 and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) #19029 with over ten years of experience in the mental health field. She has worked as a therapist since 2010 after receiving her Masters in Clinical Mental Health from Clemson University. Lauren has extensive experience working in a variety of settings, including outpatient community mental health, substance abuse outpatient programs, partial hospitalization programs, and intensive outpatient programs. She is dedicated to helping individuals achieve better mental and emotional health through therapy. Lauren has a warm and empathetic approach to her work, creating a safe space for individuals to explore and process their feelings. She is highly skilled in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
